MICHELE CEAZAN-FLEISCHLI has been an artist manager for three decades. She is the founder of LIKE Management whose roster currently includes Tenacious D, Karen O, Maya Hawke, Hermanos Gutierrez and more.

Michele has also helped guide the careers of Bad Religion, Sonic Youth, Beck, Rage Against the Machine, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Soul Asylum, Victoria Williams, as well as provided support for Foo Fighters, Beastie Boys, Queens of the Stone Age, Jimmy Eat World and Band of Horses to list a few.

Michele has produced wide-ranging and large-scale projects from Tenacious D’s music and comedy festival (Festival Supreme) to Beck’s collaboration with Lincoln Motors for the car company’s “Hello Again” campaign. “Hello Again” featured 160+ musicians performing live in the round, with Beck at the center of it all. One of her latest projects was "An Encounter with Lux Prima" for Karen O and Dangermouse's album, a fully immersive experience that commanded the audience to watch / listen / touch the album.

Michele had also worked with The Windish Agency (now Wasserman Agency), building out its creative crossover department and working with artists such as Run The Jewels, Dillon Francis, CHRVCHES, YACHT, Ta-ku and WARPAINT.
