Early in his career, Aaron worked at Los Angeles based record label Danger Collective Records, before being asked to play bass in a number of touring  bands including Current Joys, Slow Hollows, Boyo, and Brutus VIII. After touring extensively, he quickly took on the role of tour manager for a nine of the eleven tours he embarked on, honing his skills both as an artist and building his professional portfolio as a tour manager.

Using the skill set crafted from years of working on the road as well as cultivating community within a successful record label, Aaron manages artists with the mindset of a creative and a professional.
